Bark Sales Executive: Responsible for driving sales growth, building, and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for our Bark product line.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through effective communication channels.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to promote Bark services.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships through rapport and trust.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to stay informed about Bark services and continuously learn about industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (preferred).
- Previous experience in the pet services or related industry is a plus.
